Pricing questions
What costs a credit?
Credits are debited only on Step 5 of the calculator, when a customer triggers the full techno-economic simulation, and when they download the PDF report. The first four steps (roof, consumption, system, financing) are always free.
Where does the per-simulation credit cost come from?
It's a single platform-wide value set by Solvetia in /admin/saas-config/pricing. The value shown above is fetched live from that endpoint — when it changes, every customer sees the new number on the next API call.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until used. Top up when you want, run when you want.
Is there really a welcome bonus?
Yes — every newly registered tenant gets 300 credits granted automatically at signup. No card required to claim them.
What about heat-pump or full-system installers?
Same pricing. The platform handles PV, batteries, heat pumps, charging, and full energy retrofits — you pay per simulation run, regardless of system type.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, TWINT, and bank transfer (via Swiss QR-bill). Annual billing on request for high-volume customers.
How does a custom domain (yourname.ch) work?
We host your calculator on yourname.solvetia.ch by default. Bringing your own domain (calculator.yourname.ch) is included — just point a CNAME, we issue the certificate.
